city is 33. in san francisco, 49 degrees and rain. and the west coast of the united states getting another storm system pushing on shore now bringing rain, some of it will be heavy across portions of northern and central california, southern california, they are concerned about mudslides and its like. so dicey weatheout there. frozen precipitation in the midwest, pushing into the upper midwest and some rainfall moving across portions of the south. today's high only in the mid- 40s after highs in the 50s generally speaking for a few days and a high of 60 yesterday. tomorrow precipitation begins late in the day. some of the precipitation could be of the frozen variety, late thursday and into friday morning. could cause some problems for the commute friday morning. we'll keep you posted on that. the weekend cooler and temperatures again in the 40s. that's a look at what is happening with the weather. now let's get an update on traffic with julie wright. >>> busy out there. especially traveling south along 270. new incident to report in rockville. if you're traveling southbound approac
